Job Summary The SAP FI/CO Consultant will lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Finance and Controlling modules. Key Roles and Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current financial business processes ("As-Is"), identify gaps, and design future-state solutions ("To-Be"). System Configuration (Customizing): Configure SAP FI and CO modules to meet business specifications, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). Project Implementation: Actively participate in all phases of project implementation, including project preparation, business blueprinting, realization, final preparation, and go-live support. Integration Support: Ensure seamless data integration between FI/CO and other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP). Testing and Validation: Create test scenarios, prepare test data, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Documentation: Prepare functional specifications for ABAP development, create business process procedures (BPP), and maintain configuration documentation. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field (MBA/CA preferred). Experience: 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, including at least one or two full-cycle SAP implementations.
